RoboRehab: Road to Redemption

In a not-too-distant future, a post-apocalyptic planet teeters on the edge of yet another bloody revolution. Re-emerging Political and Martial factions struggle to establish a power base while the population suffers. Luckily, that has no bearing whatsoever on our story. I just thought the reader may like to hear about how badly things are going in other places before learning about this one.
Life here on Mechular, no no, um, Botlandia! Ugh, emm, Robotica Prime. Gods, that's worse than Botlandia. What's a really witty name for a world whose sole inhabitants are robots? Automatonapia? Arrgh! Does it really matter? I mean, in the grand scheme of storytelling, does one fantastical name of an imaginary place even amount to a pile of Shnarken-Fargull feces? ( In case you missed it, the irony is, there are no such things as..ah what's the use - try to keep up)
So, to begin again. Life here on the planet, which will be named at a later point if it becomes relevant to the over-arching storyline, is remarkably normal.
